TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking an appointment or purchasing products/services with EBD Medi Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
All require a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Appointments are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of deposit or treatment session.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid disruption to other appointments. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled and cancellation charges may apply.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on treatments that have already been carried out.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened skincare products.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange or clinic credit within 14 days of purchase, at management discretion.
Results from treatments and skincare products vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
COURSES & TREATMENT PACKAGES
Treatment courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Courses must be completed within the recommended timeframe advised by your practitioner.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information prior to treatment.
EBD Medi Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, homecare compliance, and other factors.
No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the expiry date stated.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate appointments where inappropriate behaviour, unsafe practice, or failure to follow aftercare advice occurs.
